How it works
Visitor tracking is to track, distinguish, and analyze the visitors of your documents. The key values used for visitor tracking varies by the type of the link you shared.
Link Type | Lead Form | Visitor Key Value |
---|---|---|
Standard Link | Activated | Information submitted to the lead form by the visitor |
Standard Link | Deactivated | “Unknown” |
Dedicated Link | N/A | Entered email |
Link for third-party tools | N/A | Entered email |
If you activate the lead form with no fields selected, all visitors will be marked as “Anonymous”
